** A note about my premarital counseling services: My services do not qualify for the marriage license reduction. Because many premarital programs have specific views of marriage, mainly Chrisitian Evangelical, I do not offer these programs. Instead, I utilize tried and true therapeutic interventions to help you and your partner find out what makes your partnership unique and special. No two coupleships are exactly alike, and I believe you know your coupleship better than I ever will — I help you find language, meaning, and clarity about how to navigate conflict (a difference of opinion) and understand what works best for your marriage, not what others think it should look like.

Marriage Officiant Rates
I charge a base rate of $600 for officiating a wedding. 50% of the fee is due at time of reaching an agreement, and the remainder of the fee is due at the ceremony. The base fee includes the following:
- Performing of Ceremony
- Signing of the marriage certificate
- (2) 30 minute meetings via zoom or at my office to discuss details (located in Nashville, TN).
- Typically first meeting is done 3-6 months prior to the wedding to discuss your wishes and special elements (if any). The second meeting is done within 4 weeks of the wedding date to solidify any changes.
- (2) reviews of the officiant’s notes/script outside of the meetings described above.
All travel fees, accommodations, and meals assessed by the officiant will be booked or reimbursed by the couple. If the wedding takes place more than 10 miles from the officiants residence, mileage reimbursement will be charged at the official IRS mileage rate. I understand that weddings are EXPENSIVE! I make every effort possible to make sure additional costs associated with my services are reasonable.
Typically an officiant does not need to be at the rehearsal. It usually suffices to have the officiant at the final run through on the day of the wedding. If you would like me to be at your rehearsal, the fee is an additional $200 plus any additional travel or accommodation fees associated.
